Waterloo station is hectic but you can clearly see them: the red and white t-shirt wearing Southampton fans. Like fish going against the current, there are hundreds of them swilling through the criss-crossing crowds, pushing towards the ticket barrier and the Southampton bound train; nosily with much beer-raising and chanting.
